Meet a sense of wonder within yourself.

So many of us are holding gifts within ourselves yet to be discovered. We move through the world holding relationships to parts of ourselves that are centered around shame, rejection, and criticism. What if there was a way to greet these parts with wonderopennesscompassion? Imagine if it were possible to have this relationship with yourself. It’s counter-cultural to truly experience self-compassion, and it’s possible for you.

I’d like to help you connect with a sense of wonder of your internal gifts, burdens, treasures, and meet your Self.

Somatic & Trauma Therapy, Supervision, & Consultation

  • “It’s all parallel - how we relate in the inner world will be how we relate in the outer

-Dr. Richard Schwartz, “No Bad Parts”

“Trauma is not what happens to you, it’s what happens inside you as a result of what happened to you. Trauma is that scarring that makes you less flexible, more rigid, less feeling and more defended.”  -Gabor Maté, MD

The impact of trauma isn’t something you have to carry forever. Together, we can work to create a sense of stability & nervous system regulation, allowing you to process trauma at a pace that feels safe, unburdening what’s been stuck, and experiencing more capacity for a full life.

In my work with trauma survivors, I incorporate IFS, EMDR, and Sensorimotor (somatic) to help clients heal in a way that fits for them. Show up as you are - all parts are welcome here.

In addition to my somatic & trauma work with clients, I also offer clinical supervision for LPCCs and consultation for licensed clinicians.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS, sometimes referred to as “parts work” or “inner child work”, can help you build a compassionate relationship with all the parts of you, and offer each of them the healing they’ve been longing for.
